Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the MailBolt™ platform ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
  • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. SaaS License & Usage

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MailBolt™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

Restrictions: You shall not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform.
  • Use the Service to build a competitive product or service.
  • Share your account credentials with multiple individuals (unless utilizing a Team plan).
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

4. Anti-Spam Policy (Zero Tolerance)

MailBolt™ strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited bulk emails (Spam). We have a zero-tolerance policy. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Send emails to purchased, rented, or scraped lists.
  • Send content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Send emails without a valid "Unsubscribe" link.
  • Send emails with misleading subject lines or false header information.

We reserve the right to monitor your sending activity. If your bounce rate exceeds 5% or your complaint rate exceeds 0.1%, your account may be suspended for review.

5. Payment & Refunds

Subscription: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

Credits: Services such as Email Verification may use a credit system. Credits purchased are non-refundable and may have an expiration date as specified at the time of purchase.

No Refunds Policy: Due to the immediate digital nature of our Service and the direct costs associated with data processing and server infrastructure, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Waiver of Withdrawal: By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge that the Service is provided immediately and you waive any right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Strict Exceptions: Refunds are granted solely at our absolute discretion. No refunds will be issued for unused credits, partial months, or if your account is suspended for violating our Anti-Spam Policy.

6. User Content & Data

You retain all rights to the data, files, and email lists you upload to the Service ("User Content").

By uploading User Content, you grant MailBolt™ a license to use, copy, store, transmit, and display your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you (e.g., to process email verification or send campaigns). We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MailBolt™, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
